Yes, our products are made with gentle ingredients and are made for customers with sensitive skin!

Do your products have an expiry date?

The lifespan of our natural soap bars varies depending on factors such as frequency of use and storage conditions. In general, when stored in a dry environment between uses, a bar of the Natural Atelier can last several weeks to months.

Are your Soap bars suitable for babies and children?

Yes, our soap bars are gentle enough for children, including babies. Our Cloudy baby soap bar is specially formulated with mild and nourishing ingredients, guaranteeing a gentle and soothing cleansing experience for delicate baby skin.

How to care for a long lasting bar of soap?

Open a window or have cold air flowing and place the soap on a soap dish to drain.

Alternate with other soaps so it can harden in those times not being used.

Chop the soap in smaller pieces if you find it more comfortable.

If the soap is getting to small put it in a soap pouch and use it as a wash bag so you enjoy every little bit from it.

Can I use the soaps for my face?

BEcause of all the natural ingredients, The Natural Atelier soap bars suitable for using it on your face. Some soap bars even contain exfoliating ingredients, this is recommended for your face in order to remove any dead skin cells.

Do you offer returns?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please email me at info@thenaturalatelier.com and we will try to resolve the issue.

Do you sell Whole sale?

YES we do! We wholesale ALL of our products with low minimum order quantities (MOQ).

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship only to the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and The Netherlands. We are unable to ship to other countries at this time due to different legal requirements for each country.

A remote area code may be charged for some addresses.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

It is your responsibility to inform us of your postal address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address after purchase please email us straight away at info@thenaturalatelier.com so I can update the shipping label if still possible.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We pack and ship orders within 2 working days in the United Arab Emirates. For International days 2-5 days.
